About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sales, account management, and providing exceptional customer service for commercial insurance clients. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their insurance needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales-Driven Focus: Your primary responsibility will be in sales, with a strong emphasis on follow-ups and relationship management.

Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns on a day-to-day basis.

Renewals & Negotiations: Process renewals and negotiate new client insurance needs.

Claims Processing: Assist clients in processing claims efficiently.

Insurer Liaison: Work closely with insurers to negotiate on behalf of clients.

RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario).

5+ years of commercial insurance experience.

Customer-first attitude.

Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating with insurers.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience with insurance industry software systems (preferably TAM) is an asset.
