Roles & Responsibilities:

• Organize employee and sub-contractors to allow for a safe and productive site
• Meet construction deadlines
• Communication with management to organize materials and labor force
• Act as a working foreman and teach other employees. 

Qualifications:

• Experience in heritage construction is an asset. 
• Hand's on experience in general construction, wood framing, and finished carpentry.
• Knowledge with scaffold and arial lift access.
• Ability to interpret drawings
• Able to organize employee crews.
