We are currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team.

Shift: Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Your Tasks:

• Head hunt and recruit candidates via Social Media and LinkedIn
• Respond to candidate applications sourced via our Marketing department
• Assess candidate soft skills, qualifications, and culture fit based on the opportunity
• Work collaboratively with other team members
• Always represent yourself and the company in a professional manner
• Additional duties and responsibilities as required

We Require:

• Must be fluent in English and French
• Prior sales and customer service experience
• Prior recruiting / headhunting experience an asset but willing to train the right candidate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Strong computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced and energetic work environment
