Sales Representative, Remote - Recruitment and HR Industry

NetHire is the industry leader in Talent Sourcing and Acquisition Solutions. We offer our clients in Canada and the United States a variety of products and services to attract applicants to their open positions including job advertisement distribution, career website design, social media applications and recruitment services. 

We are looking for a remote outbound appointment setter. You will be working on commission only based off of sales. You will cold call HR departments, business owners and general managers to inquire about their recruiting practices. You will have to understand their recruiting processes, and most importantly any issues they may be having in recruiting. Then you will sell a mixture of our products and services to help them. Training is provided and always ongoing with your sales manager.


  • Self-starter and able to work with very little supervision
  • Tech savvy, proficient with computers
  • Have a home office and smart phone to complete outbound calls
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record of dealing with C-level executives, directors, VPs, managers etc.
  • Must speak clear, fluent English (other languages an asset)
  • Sales experience, specifically in Recruiting, Job Posting, Applicant Tracking System Sales, Technology Sales, SaaS an asset

You will have the flexbility of creating your own hours as North America is your sales territory. We provide all the systems for you to use - all you need is a computer, internet connection and phone.
