Job Functions:

• Perform preventative Maintenance according to specifications, instructions of
  Maintenance Management.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, the building and all of its
  components.
• Design and build electrical panels for machinery.
• Design and build electrical circuits to improve the performance of equipment and
  machinery.
• Trouble shooting skills for Electrical & Mechanical problems

Requirements: 

• Applicant should have completed an apprenticeship program & certified as 309A and /or 442A Electrician in Ontario.
• 5+ years experience
• Understanding of electrical circuitry
• Knowledge of PLC’s, maintenance shop machinery and electronics
• Knowledge of building wiring and CSA codes as it applies to an Industrial establishment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to lift and move heavy machinery.
• Ability to work at heights, heat, cold, and within guidelines of Occupational Health & Safety.
• Able willing to work any shift, including night shift.
