Position summary

We are looking for a detail oriented Regional Administration Coordinator to join our Ontario team!
You’re a “get it done” kind of person who believes in outrageously great customer service and has fun solving problems and making things work.

The Regional Administration Coordinator ensures Sales Representative’s ePinks are confirmed daily and assists all Sales Representatives in the region with pricing profile support. This position will report to our Rexdale branch located at 180 Bethridge Road, Etobicoke, ON.


Job  Duties

  • Confirm all ePinks for the region
  • Create and maintain customer pricing profiles with support from the Sales Representatives and Sales Managers
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Monitor details on Pricing Matrices/Level Pricing to ensure maximum margins and accurate level pricing
  • Develop and maintain an open dialogue with other employees, support each, and build an open communication to address issues as they arise
  • Provides support to the Regional Manager
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager

 

Qualifications

  • 3 years of hands-on administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail
